Compliance

Emma joined Finance Shop in September 2011, bringing with her several years of experience in the financial services industry. Initially, she served as a Wealth Management Administrator but quickly advanced to the role of Investment Operations Manager, where she oversaw the Wealth Management Team and managed client portfolios. In late 2018, Emma transitioned to managing the PA Team for one of the directors while pursuing her Diploma in Financial Planning. Her dedication and hard work led to her promotion to Compliance Officer, a role in which she enjoys the new direction of her career.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys keeping active, travelling, and spending time with her partner and children.

Mike joined Finance Shop in 1997, having spent several years working for a large insurance company, where he gained a solid grounding in the areas of personal insurances, pensions and investments. Whilst initially working as an Adviser, he began to split his time between advising and Compliance, and this eventually led to a full-time move to a Compliance role. Mike is always looking to increase his knowledge and has completed the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning qualification.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys reading, travel and history and with his family now grown up is hoping to spend more time on leisure activities.

Zoe joined Finance Shop in April 2021 having worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years. She gained valuable experience working in various roles for a high street bank, as well as during her time with a specialist broker working as a buy to let mortgage adviser. She was keen to take her career in a different direction and since joining Finance Shop, has gained further qualifications to support her role.

In her spare time, Zoe likes to cook and enjoys spending time with her partner and their family.
