Employer of the Year
We are extremely proud to accept the SkillsEdge "Employer of the Year" award for 2019.
We have a great team of talented individuals, all of whom contribute to the ongoing success of the company. We are firm believers that it is our staff which sets us apart from the competition.
This particular award has been presented for the support we provide our apprentices. We have ten apprentices in total, five of whom are experienced members of staff working towards their Certificate in Paraplanning and the other five are just starting out in their careers at Finance Shop. Each and every apprentice has demonstrated how important it is to continue to develop our team members which results in exceeding all performance expectations.
SkillsEdge, our apprenticeship provider, have provided a great deal of support to our apprentices, with 6 passing the CII Financial services, regulation & ethics" R01 exam in the last 3 months. Their continued hard work allows our staff to gain valuable experience helping serve our clients but also develop their own skills for their future careers.
